Three Years Later
Almost three years after we premiered The Love Song of R. Buckminster Fuller, we continue to screen the piece. Just got back from a great screening at the Big Sky Film Festival in Missoula, MT (where Yo La Tengo had killed it a few years back with their Sounds of Science project (them playing a live score to a program of films by Jean Painleve)). Check the ‘screenings’ page for upcoming shows.
“Love Song” Screenings This Fall
This piece really is like the Energizer bunny – it just keeps going. More than two years after we premiered The Love Song of R. Buckminster Fuller at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, we keep getting offers to screen it. This fall, we’ll be doing shows in Portland, ME; Burlington, VT; New Orleans, and Vancouver. Hope to see you there if you are in any of these respective cities. One of the good things about continuing to screen the piece is that – all modesty aside – each show we seem to be getting better at doing it.
